Mufflers Manufacturing

We are manufacturing 2WH Muffler for Bajaj Auto Limited from 1997.Bajaj Auto Limited make bikes of model platina, discover 125 and Discover Model. In Silencer/Muffler Manufacturing we are using TIG Welding, SS Agro Shield Welding, Spot Welding, Projection Welding etc.In muffler welding 100% spm(special purpose machines) are being used. Till date we have supplied nos of muffler to Bajaj Auto Limited. We have manufactured 4 types of muffler model. We have supplied 3000 nos of mufflers to Bajaj Auto Ltd. Some of over models is wich we have manufactured are Disco 125, Disco 100, Platina, Disco M, 2011, BM 100, BM 150 and JK. 40 % of mufflers operation are completed on SPMs.

• Mufflers Painting

These painted areas, or paint Process, on mass-produced Transformers toys, are applied by spraying through a paint mask, in cases where total paint coverage is not wanted. This mask is a thin metal shell which conforms to the shape of the painted part. Holes are cut in the mask to reveal the areas of the part which are to receive paint. A separate mask is usually needed for each color used, and many multiples of each are needed to paint many objects at one time, but the singular term "paint mask" is usually used by Transformers fans to refer to the many actual pieces of metal used to produce one particular figure.

Body Manufacturing

Since the year 2003, laxmi Group is manufacturing 3 wheeler bodies. All press components Required for manufacturing this body are processed in our own press shop . company of our line is 1000 Bodies per day We have Install Robotic line for manufacturing the body.

Regular Bodies of petrol, CNG, and Diesel Model are be produced along with model of facelift Bodies . Recently we have put second Robot (ABB make) in operation for the body manufacturing this robot are having 8 access for the moment spot welding, CO2 Welding, O/H Spot Welding And Robotic Welding Are Being Used For the Regular and facelift Bodies.
